This program builds upon the foundation for the base knowledge, duties, and responsibilities of board members. Bank Directors are required to have a base level knowledge concerning bank operations. Board duties also include a role in the development and maintenance of Asset Quality (Loan Quality), monitoring the health and performance of the loan portfolio, and a sound relationship with regulatory authorities. Note: You do not have to complete Bank Directors Workshop part I to attend part II. They are interchangeable. An application will be made for CLE credits. This training session is approved by the Arkansas State Bank Department.
